3) Infeed with servo driven input function, for punching with register on pre-printed
web rolls, Register tolerans +/-0,2mm.
4) One stand-alone punching station, a pair of pressure gauges, one servo.
5) One double station, delivery station + one punch station, 2 pcs servos.
6) 2 pcs pull rolls for waste material, one servo on each roller
7) 2 pcs waste rewinder with 3″ air spindle, 1servo/spindle, the lower spindle can
when punching of labels also be used as rewinder for finished goods.
8) 1 pcs delivery table with vacuum belts with separate servo (no vacuum fan) incl. support from above.
9) Transport rollers with antistatic rubber to prevent antistatic problems with die cutting of plastic materials. In addition, anti-static bars are mounted on the machine.
